What is creatine?

Kein Sport ohne Creatin!

Habe Creatin über einen Zeitra...
Habe Creatin über einen Zeitraum von 2 Monaten eingenommen und beim Krafttraining (Klimmzüge, Liegestütze, Handeltraining) einen merkbaren Kraftzuwachs verspürt. Keine Nebenwirkungen.Bestens verträglich.
