Shipping costs

We charge €5 for postage and packaging to all EU countries and Switzerland (otherwise €25). We deliver free of charge "carriage paid" to Germany and other EU countries as well as Switzerland if the value of goods exceeds 75.00 EUR. The free shipping limit for non-EU countries is 300 EURO.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank or with other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Information on delivery times
The delivery time for shipping to Germany is 1 to 2 working days, provided the product in question is in stock and ready for dispatch.
In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time stated for the respective item.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we take the liberty of splitting your order into two packages, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the other ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible. If a product is not available in the long term, we will refund your payment for that item.

 The goods are delivered by Deutsche Post / DHL. For your absolute freedom from parcels, please register at This has the following advantages for you:
You determine when and where you have your parcels delivered.

  • Notification via SMS or e-mail when your parcel will be delivered
  • Round the clock, 7 days a week pick-up at the Packstation
  • If you are not at home: Deposit of your shipment at a place determined by you in advance

Order without risk: Our satisfaction guarantee grants you an unrestricted right of return for our bioactive vital substances within 24 months from the date of purchase - without any ifs and buts - even for packs that have already been opened (does not apply to resellers and not for empty packs).
Should you be in a position where you would like to return something, you can create a return slip yourself online. This will enable you to return the goods postage paid. We will refund the purchase price once we have received the return.

Under the item "RIGHT OF CANCELLATION" you will find the legally required information about the right of cancellation for consumers in mail order and online trade.


Can I track my current order on the internet?

As soon as we have received your order, it will be sent to DHL immediately. You will then receive an email from DHL with all the necessary shipping information.

If you have a customer account with us and have provided us with your email address, you can easily access your data and order history online. In the Fairvital online shop ( you will find the button "My account". Here you can - if not yet available or forgotten - request a personal password. 


You can conveniently view the processing status of your order online:

  • Order in process
    Your order has been passed to shipping and is now being packed for you.

  • Order has been shipped
    Your order has left our premises and is either on its way to you or has already arrived.

  • Order has been partially shipped
    Your order has left our premises and is either on its way to you or has already arrived.
    If multiple items have been ordered, we will take the liberty of splitting your order into two packages.
  • Order has not yet been processed

    Our system/order desk has just received your order and will process it shortly, but it may take up to 12 hours for a status update.

  • Clarification needed
    Your order is still being processed by customer service. If we have any queries, we will contact you by phone or email.

  • Order has been cancelled
    The order cannot be shipped immediately due to item unavailability. We thank you for your patience. You will of course receive subsequent deliveries free of postage.

Payment methods

Payment as you wish
At Fairvital you can receive your ordered goods without the hassle of prepayment or cash on delivery charges.
You simply pay the way you prefer:

-    EU-wide: with SEPA direct debit
-    classic: by bank transfer


With PayPal:
You don't need your bank account details or credit card to pay with PayPal. PayPal works very simply: log in, confirm payment, done. Every time and everywhere.

First the goods, then pay With Klarna:
Upon receipt of the goods shipment, you will receive an invoice as well as a transfer form already filled out for you. The invoice amount is due immediately after invoicing. We grant a payment term of 30 days (via Stripe).


Per credit card:
Fast, uncomplicated and above all SAFE. With the credit card of your choice! The fastest payment method (via Stripe).

With SEPA Direct Debit:
With the uniform, Europe-wide SEPA Direct Debit, you can have your invoice amounts conveniently and securely debited by direct debit (via Stripe).

By Transfer (Vokasse):
You will receive an order confirmation from us as soon as we have received your order. When the payment is received on our account, we will ship your order immediately.
