Black cumin contains a variety of important fatty acids such as linoleic, linolenic, arachidonic, eicosenoic and eicosadienoic acid. Ich habe jetzt 45 Tage 2 Kapseln/Tag eingenommen und währenddessen meine Allergietabletten einfach weggelassen: Obwohl ich eine schwere Allergie (incl. Asthma) auf viele Blüten- und Baumpollen habe, sowie auf Hausstaub und -milben reagiere und auch auf Hundehaare (2Hunde),<br>muss ich nur noch vor dem Schlafen mein Nasenspray nehmen.<br>Ich bin absolut beeindruckt!!!

Absolut sinnvolle Nahrungsergänzung. Für Allergiker gut geeignet, ist dies eine sinnvolle Möglichkeit den Körper mit ungesäätigten Fettsäuren zu versorgen und so dem Cholesterinspiegel zu helfen. Ist außerdem auch gut für die Haut. Wer noch peinibler bei der Vorsorge ist, greift zu ägyptischem Schwarzkümmel, der anscheinend eine besondere Wirkstoff-Formel hat.
