Ginseng extract: standardized to 20% ginsenosides
Korean ginseng, also known as Asian red ginseng, has been used in Chinese health care for thousands of years as a general tonic and energizer.
Ginseng is an adaptogen

Ingredients of ginseng

When buying ginseng, always make sure that the proportion of ginsenosides is shown in the list of ingredients. If the value is 20%, it is a very high-quality ginseng product. If no value is given, it is not a standardized extract and you have to assume that the proportion of ginsenosides is low
Other valuable ingredients in ginseng include essential oils, peptides, phytosterols, fatty acids, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, trace elements and phenols.

Kraftwurz
Ginseng gilt schon seit Jahrtausenden als Allheilmittel. Seit ich die Ginseng-Kapseln nehme, fühle ich mich viel fitter und habe wirklich mehr Kraft. Vielleicht ist es Einbildung, aber mir tut Ginseng gut. Deshalb bleibe ich dabei.
