Focus on a natural source of iodine: The kelp extract used, from Fucus vesiculosus, is standardised to at least 0.15 % iodine. The iodine is not added but comes naturally from the alga.
For the thyroid and nervous system: Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function. Iodine also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. 100 % NRV in one tablet: One tablet provides 150 µg of iodine.

Iodine is an essential trace element and a component of the thyroid hormones. In the production of thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), it is incorporated directly into the hormone molecules. Sources include iodised table salt, sea fish and certain seaweeds.
The thyroid hormones are involved in regulating numerous metabolic processes. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and to the normal production of thyroid hormones. In seaweed products, the natural iodine content can vary considerably depending on the type of seaweed and where it was harvested.
With minerals, a distinction must be made between the total amount of a compound and the elemental mineral it contains. Citrate, gluconate, picolinate or bisglycinate refer to different bound forms. The figures in the nutrient table help to assess the amount of mineral actually provided.

Durch einen Artikel neugierig geworden
Ich habe online gelesen, welche Rolle Jod unter anderem für den Energiehaushalt und die Schilddrüse spielt. Da ich über meine Ernährung nicht immer bewusst auf Jod achte, wollte ich meine Versorgung etwas gezielter angehen. Kelp fand ich dafür einfach interessant.

Auf einer Grillfeier drauf gekommen
Ein Freund hat beim Grillen erzählt, dass er wegen seiner Jodversorgung Kelp nimmt. Ich hatte das Thema vorher ehrlich gesagt kaum auf dem Schirm und habe mich danach etwas eingelesen. Gerade der Zusammenhang mit der Schilddrüse fand ich interessant und habe es dann selbst ausprobiert.

Ich wollte eben diesen Inhaltsstoff schon länger ausprobieren. Das Produkt lässt sich einfach einnehmen und macht mir keine Umstände.

Efficace
Un bon produit qui me permet de garder la thyroïde correctement réglée sans plus avoir à passer par la chimie (plus de Lévothyroxine !). Grâce au varech, ma thyroïde reste dans les normes et chaque prise de sang le confirme !
