What is kelp?
Kelp is a brown alga from the Atlantic Ocean that contains a variety of vital substances, such as vitamin B2, niacin, choline, carotene, alginic acid, iodine, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, magnesium, Sulfur, ,Copper, Zinc and Manganese.
Function of iodine
Iodine supports the function of the thyroid gland, whose hormones T3 and T4 are responsible for the body's basal metabolic rate.
In addition, iodine is essential for the normal functioning of the skin, cognitive functions (e.g. memory), energy metabolism and the < strong>Nervous system.
Kelp: natural source of iodine
The kelp extract used in this product has been standardized to 0.15% iodine. Each tablet contains 150µg iodine, which corresponds to 100% of the daily requirement for adults and children over 12 years.

Efficace
Un bon produit qui me permet de garder la thyroïde correctement réglée sans plus avoir à passer par la chimie (plus de Lévothyroxine !). Grâce au varech, ma thyroïde reste dans les normes et chaque prise de sang le confirme !
