Eisenmangel ist gerade bei jun...
Eisenmangel ist gerade bei jungen Frauen (z.B. aufgrund von starken Monatsblutungen) häufig anzutreffen. Um die Eisenspeicher wieder aufzufüllen ist es ratsam, Eisen über ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel zuzuführen. Man fühlt sich fit und leistungsfähig. Ich nehme es regelmäßig ein um einen Mangel vorzubeugen.

Eisenkapseln mit Vitaminen kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn jemand vor hat, über die trüben Wintermonate seinen Körper wieder auf Trab zu bringen. Ich fühle mich nach wenigen Tagen regelmäßiger Einnahme energiegeladen und rumum gesund!

Ich reagiere sehr empfindlich ...
Ich reagiere sehr empfindlich auf Eisenpräperate bezüglich der Verträglichkeit. Von Zeit zu Zeit ist die Einnahme aber auf Grund meines HBs nötig. Nun bin ich hiervon sehr angetan, weil ich es sehr gut vertrage. Vielen Dank!

Das Produkt hilft schnell, einen Eisenmangel zu beseitigen, leider ist auch hier Rindergelatine enthalten. Eine vegetarische Variante wäre schön.
