What is indole-3-carbinol?
Indole-3-carbinol is a metabolite of the mustard oil glycoside glucobrassicin, which is found primarily in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and kale. This means that indole-3-carbinol is an intermediate product when glucobrassicin is broken down in the body. The cabbage vegetable broccoli is particularly rich in indole-3-carbinol (I3C).

Indole-3-carbinol smell
The odor of indole-3-carbinol is typical of sulphurous cabbage vegetables such as broccoli.
It is completely natural and does not represent a reduction in product quality. Since we avoid using unnecessary additives to mask the smell, it is possible that it penetrates more or less intensely. The odor will dissipate and become less severe if you remove the seal and leave the can for a while.

Super wirksam
Auch ich nehme Indol-3-Carbionl, um mir die Antihormontherapie nach Brustkrebs zu ersparen. <br>Ich hatte, vermutlich durch das Antihormonpräparat, bereits eine Vorstufe zu Gebärmutterhalskrebs. Nach ca. 1 1/2 Jahren Indol-3 habe ich keine schlechten Werte mehr!

Ich nehme Indol 3 bereits seit...
Ich nehme Indol 3 bereits seit längerem um mir die Antihormone gegen Brustkrebs zu ersparen. Kann nur sagen klappt bisher gut. Einzige Nebenwirkung bei mir ist nachts ein trockener Mund. Antihormone haben aber mehr Nebenwirkungen.
