Ingredients of green tea
Green tea is naturally rich in essential micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is also characterised by a high amount of secondary plant substances, which include chlorophyll, tannins, catechins, saponins, essential oils, phenolic acids and flavonoids.
The catechin content of one capsule is equivalent to 3 cups of green tea.

Hab versucht grünen Tee regelm...
Hab versucht grünen Tee regelmäßig zu trinken. Nach einer Woche aufgegeben, mag einfach den Geschmack nicht. Da aber die Polyphenole im grünen Tee antioxidative und zellschützende Eigenschaften haben und somit für die gesunde Funktion unserer Körperzelle sehr wichtig sind, gibt es ja immernoch diesen Weg der einnahme. Eine Kappsel gleich 3 Tassen grüner Tee.
