Lactobacillus rhamnosus

Lactobacillus rhamnosus (L. rhamnosus for short) is a probiotic lactic acid bacterium that is commonly found in the human digestive system, starting in the mouth and ending in the intestinal mucosa. It can also be found in the urinary tract as well as in the mucous membrane of the vagina.
With its ability to produce lactic acid from glucose, the (friendly) bacterium Lactobacillus rhamnosus can naturally help the body with the Support defense against unwanted microorganisms.

Lactobacillus acidophilus

The Lactobacillus acidophilus is also found in humans in the mouth, in the intestines and in the vagina. Like L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus is a good bacteria that produces lactic acid.

Cranberries

Cranberries are particularly popular with women. They are rich in proanthocyanidins, which belong to the polyphenols.
