The flaxseed oil obtained from linseeds supports the human organism in different ways.
Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat. (Regulation (EU) No 432/2012)
Small amounts of alpha-linolenic acid can be converted in the human organism to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
Production of flaxseed oil
The flaxseed oil from the seeds of Linum usitatissimum (linseed) is derived by cold pressing and filtered afterwards. The seed are not roasted before cold pressing and the temperature developing during pressing does not exceed 40°C. Due to the production process, the naturally occurring ingredients are preserved.
Ingredients
Flaxseed oil is mainly characterised by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, which makes up 90% of the oil. They include the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, the omega-3 fatty acid linoleic acid as well as oleic acid, which belongs to the omega-3 fatty acids.

Gute Qualität
Ich nehme die Omega 3-6-9 seit einem halben Jahr im Rahmen meiner Ernährungsumstellung und bin total begeistert. Leicht schluckbar und sehr gute Verträglichkeit, daher absolut empehlenswert.

Als Sportler achte ich auf ein...
Als Sportler achte ich auf eine fettarme Ernährung, möchte und kann aber auf eine ausreichende Zufuhr an Omega-3 Fettsäuren nicht verzichten. Ein optimaler Nahrungszusatz für diejenigen, die Fischöl nicht mögen.

Flaxöl ist DIE Möglichkeit bei Fischeiweiß-Allergie trotzdem unter anderem OMEGA 3 zu bekommen. Unser Sohn hatte einen Zusammenbruch seines Immunsystems und viele Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten, bzw. Allergien. Der Arzt verordnete ihm Leinöl (FLaxöl) zum Aufbau von Omega 3-6-9, die er nun in große Dosis durch Flaxöl-Kapseln bekommt!!! Wir habne lange danach gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden!!!
