Standardised saffron extract: Standardisation to 2 % safranal ensures that the content of this characteristic saffron component is clearly defined.
Supplemented with three B vitamins: Pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 are each present at 15 % NRV per capsule. All three contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; pantothenic acid also contributes to normal mental performance.
Just one capsule a day: The entire daily serving is contained in one capsule. With 90 capsules, one pack offers a 90-day supply at the recommended intake.

Saffron (Crocus sativus) – Saffron is obtained from the dried red stigmas of the saffron crocus. Numerous flowers have to be processed by hand for a small amount of the spice.
Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. Characteristic ingredients are crocins, picrocrocin and safranal. They give saffron its intense colour, bitter taste and typical aroma.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is a water-soluble vitamin that occurs in many foods. Its name also points to this: it is derived from the Greek word for "everywhere". Important sources include eggs, mushrooms, meat and wholegrain products.
The vitamin is a building block of coenzyme A, which allows certain molecular groups to be transferred in metabolism. It therefore plays an important role in processing fatty acids and in energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid also contributes to normal mental performance.
In the Fairvital product Saffron Extract 30mg, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include saffron extract (flower; Crocus sativus L; contains 2% safranal). Hilft bei Verstimmungen
Safran hilft mir sehr gut über schwierige Phasen hinweg. Es läuft gerade alles nicht so gut und schon frühmorgens, wenn ich wach werde, ist der Tag grau und trist. 2 Kapseln Safran geben wieder etwas Aufschwung.

Für das Geld bin ich echt zufrieden, Ein weiterer Kauf käme für mich infrage. Würde ich wieder nehmen

Wenn ich funktioniere, aber mich trotzdem ausgelaugt fühle
Es gibt Phasen, da bekomme ich zwar alles erledigt, merke aber trotzdem, dass mental nicht mehr viel Reserve da ist. Genau deshalb fand ich die Kombination aus Safran, B6, B12 und Pantothensäure interessant. Gerade der Bezug der Vitamine zur psychischen Funktion und geistigen Leistung passt für mich sehr gut zu solchen Wochen.

Mein mentaler Mutmacher
Bei mir ist es oft nicht körperliche Müdigkeit, sondern eher dieses Gefühl, mental irgendwann nichts mehr aufnehmen zu wollen. Deshalb fand ich Pantothensäure in der Rezeptur besonders interessant, da sie zur normalen geistigen Leistung beiträgt. B6 und B12 ergänzen das für mich sinnvoll, weil sie unter anderem zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit beitragen.

Zum runterkommen am Abend
Meistens nehme ich das Produkt abends, wenn nach Sport oder Arbeit noch zu viel im Kopf ist. Für mich ist das inzwischen ein kleines Ritual zum Runterkommen! So bleibt es bei mir auch regelmässig dabeii.
