What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan, which is a long chain of disaccharides (sugar) responsible for the moisture balance in all connective tissues of the body. With advancing age, the hyaluronic acid level in the body decreases. Genetic predisposition, smoking as well as a magnesium and zinc deficiency seem to accelerate this process.
Where can you find hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid occurs in many areas of the body, including the eye (tear fluid, vitreous body), in the skin and in the joint (articular cartilages, synovial fluid). Specific proteins in the cell membranes form it.

sehr zufrieden!
Ich nehme die Hyaluronsäure regelmäßig und habe das
Gefühl, dass sie mir guttut. Insgesamt bin ich bisher sehr
zufrieden und werde das Produkt weiter verwenden.

Meine Kosmetikerin sagt wahrscheinlich öfter „Hyaluron“ als irgendwas anderes
Bei fast jedem Termin fällt irgendwann dieser Begriff. Das hat mich neugierig gemacht und ich wollte wissen, wo Hyaluronsäure außerhalb von Pflegeprodukten noch eingesetzt wird. So bin ich überhaupt auf die Variante zum Einnehmen gekommen.

Früher war Beauty für mich nur äußerliche Pflege
Shampoo, Creme und Serum – viel weiter habe ich lange nicht gedacht. Inzwischen beschäftige ich mich auch mit Ernährung und verschiedenen Nahrungsergänzungen. Hyaluronsäure war dabei einer der Stoffe, die ich unbedingt einmal genauer kennenlernen wollte.

Beim Thema Gelenke bin ich überraschend bei Hyaluron gelandet
Ich hatte mich wegen meiner vielen Wanderungen allgemein mit dem Bewegungsapparat beschäftigt. Dabei ist mir Hyaluronsäure immer wieder begegnet. Das war für mich der Anlass, mich erstmals näher mit dem Stoff zu befassen.
