Hab versucht grünen Tee regelm...
Hab versucht grünen Tee regelmäßig zu trinken. Nach einer Woche aufgegeben, mag einfach den Geschmack nicht. Da aber die Polyphenole im grünen Tee antioxidative und zellschützende Eigenschaften haben und somit für die gesunde Funktion unserer Körperzelle sehr wichtig sind, gibt es ja immernoch diesen Weg der einnahme. Eine Kappsel gleich 3 Tassen grüner Tee.
