Boron: interesting trace element
What is boron?
For plants, it is an essential nutrient. They need it for the structure of the cell walls, just as animals need it for their growth. A dietary requirement of the trace element for humans has yet to be scientifically proven, although boron is without doubt of high nutritional value.
Boron in food
As a trace element, it is primarily found in plant foods that absorb this nutrient directly from the earth. Green leafy vegetables, legumes, fruit and nuts are considered to be very good sources. Boron is found in tap water and mineral water as well.
Due to the food chain, boron is also found in animal foods such as meat, fish and dairy products. However, these amounts are relatively small.

Universal-Heilmittel
Ich bin über ein Buch auf Bor(Borax) gestoßen. Ich hatte Probleme mit den Kniegelenken. Daraufhin nahm ich 2 Tabletten Bor(6mg) pro Tag und innerhalb einer(1) Woche waren die Beschwerden weg. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

ich bin 44, nehme dieses Produkt seit zwei Wochen, 2 stueck taeglich und spuer bereits eine Verbesserung! für jeden zu empfehlen, der ein Thema mit Knochen und Gelenken hat!
