Function of vitamin B12 in the body
B12 supports the normal function of the nervous system. It also plays an essential role in cell division and the formation of red blood cells.
Together with folic acid and vitamin B6, B12 converts homocysteine to methionine. It thus contributes to a normal homocysteine level.

Beim Lesen einer Zutatenliste hängen geblieben
Ich vergleiche inzwischen genauer, was in meinen Produkten steckt, und bin dadurch auf diesen Inhaltsstoff aufmerksam geworden. Vorher hatte ich vor allem Energiehaushalt auf dem Schirm; Müdigkeit war für mich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Bei Mikronährstoffen finde ich es inzwischen sinnvoller, gezielt auszuwählen statt alles gleichzeitig zu nehmen.
