Branched-chain amino acids (engl. branched-chain amino acids, BCAAs) are often used as dietary supplements for endurance sports or weight training. They play a decisive role in the energy balance of the muscles and, unlike other amino acids, are converted directly in the muscle cells into the main components alanine and glutamine. Alanine and glutamine are in turn released into the bloodstream.

Amino Max Plus contains 13 amino acids and choline, a natural messenger of the nervous system that is involved in the metabolism of amino acids. In the body, choline is also synthesized primarily from L-lysine and L-methionine in the liver and kidneys.

Amino Max 21 ist perfekt abgestimmt. Ich habe bereits andere Aminosäuren-Produkte probiert, komme aber wieder auf Amino Max 21 zurück. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und das Produkt hält, was es verspricht.
