Fairvital Zinc Complex is a high-dose, vegan zinc preparation in which zinc picolinate, zinc citrate and zinc bisglycinate have been sensibly combined. Each capsule contains 41 mg zinc picolinate with 9 mg zinc, 25 mg zinc citrate with 8 mg zinc and 40 mg zinc bisglycinate with 8 mg zinc. This results in an elemental content of 25 mg zinc per capsule.
Different forms of zinc in the Fairvital zinc complex
All three zinc compounds combined in this Fairvital dietary supplement are organic. Basically, compared to inorganic zinc compounds, organic zinc compounds have a higher bioavailability.

So ein tolles Zink-Präparat habe ich mir schon immer von Fairvital gewünscht. Das kommt wie gerufen.
