Three traditional plants combined: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) and hops (Humulus lupulus) are long-known plants valued in various traditional applications. Fairvital brings all three together in a practical capsule form.
Concentrated plant extracts: The valerian root extract it contains is 4x concentrated. Lemon balm and hops are each used as 10x concentrated extracts. The three plant starting materials can thus be combined in a concentrated and clearly dosed way.
Natural spectrum of plant substances: Valerian, lemon balm and hops naturally contain various secondary plant substances and essential oil components. Characteristic examples are valerenic acid in valerian and the natural essential oil components of lemon balm and hops.
Fairvital quality: The capsules are vegan and free from gluten, lactose and fructose. The formula contains no magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide.

Im Hotel brauche ich länger, bis ich runterkomme
Zu Hause habe ich meine gewohnte Umgebung, unterwegs fehlt mir dieser automatische Feierabendmodus oft. Gerade nach langen Reisetagen nehme ich mir deshalb bewusster Zeit zum Abschalten.

Wenn ich nach 22 Uhr immer noch „nur schnell etwas erledige“
Ich neige dazu, abends noch eine Mail zu schreiben, kurz etwas aufzuräumen und plötzlich ist wieder eine Stunde weg. Der Baldrian Komplex ist für mich inzwischen auch eine Art Erinnerung daran, den Tag wirklich zu beenden. Gerade Melisse und Hopfen passen für mich sehr gut zu diesem bewussten Übergang in den Abend.

Nach einem lauten Tag brauche ich abends das Gegenteil
Viele Gespräche, Termine, Verkehr, Handy – manchmal ist mir abends einfach alles zu viel. Dann möchte ich kein weiteres Produkt, das irgendwie auf Leistung oder Energie ausgerichtet ist. Genau deshalb spricht mich diese ruhige Kombination aus Baldrian, Hopfen und Melisse so an.
