Zu den natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen gehören je nach Rohstoff unterschiedliche Verbindungen. Besonders betrachtet werden Withanolide, eine Gruppe pflanzlicher Steroidlactone. Die Konzentration unterscheidet sich zwischen Wurzel, Blatt und daraus gewonnenen Extrakten.

Mein Mann merkt meistens zuerst, wenn ich eine Pause brauche :)
Ich selbst denke oft noch, dass alles völlig normal läuft, während mein Mann schon fragt, warum ich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit genervt bin. Ashwagandha ist deshalb bei mir eher etwas für diese typischen Hochphasen.

Die Handhabung der Dose ist angenehm, schnell auf und wieder zu. Praktisch gemacht.

Kein Kaffeeproblem – eher ein Daueranspannungsproblem
Ich brauche tagsüber nicht unbedingt mehr Energie. Mein Thema ist eher, dass ich in intensiven Wochen gefühlt ständig unter Strom stehe. Deshalb fand ich Ashwagandha deutlich interessanter als Koffein, Guarana oder andere klassische Wachmacher.

Hilft mir beim Abschalten abends
Nach späten Trainingseinheiten fällt mir das Abschalten manchmal schwer. Ashwagandha gehört deshalb zu meiner Abendeinnahme!
