Kalium ist ein essenzieller Mineralstoff und eines der wichtigsten positiv geladenen Teilchen innerhalb der Körperzellen. Natürliche Quellen sind Kartoffeln, Hülsenfrüchte, Gemüse und Obst. Gemeinsam mit Natrium ist Kalium an der Regulation elektrischer Spannungsunterschiede an Zellmembranen beteiligt.
Diese Spannungsunterschiede sind eine Voraussetzung für die Weiterleitung von Nervenimpulsen und die Erregbarkeit von Muskelzellen. Kalium trägt deshalb zu einer normalen Muskel- und Nervenfunktion sowie zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Blutdrucks bei. Citrat und Aspartat bezeichnen unterschiedliche Bindungsformen.

wenns körperlich anstrengend wird
Kalium hatte ich lange gar nicht auf dem Schirm. Jetzt ist Kalium bei mir ein fester Bestandteil, besonders wenn ich viel sportlich an Tagen außer Haus bin.

Einfach auf und zu – mit einer Hand machbar
Mit dem Deckel komme ich super klar, die Entnahme klappt ohne Gefummel. Würde ich so wieder nehmen.

Passt in meine Tagesplanung – ist bei mir mittlerweile fest dabei
Nach schweißtreibenden Tagen achte ich stärker auf meine Mineralstoffe. Kalium ist dann Hat bei mir einen festen Platz und passt für mich gut zum Thema Muskeln.
