Meine Zähne haben mich früher an Calcium erinnert als meine Knochen
Solange man sich problemlos bewegt, denkt man über Knochen erstaunlich wenig nach. Ein Gespräch über Zahngesundheit hat mich dagegen sofort zum Nachdenken gebracht. Dass Calcium sowohl zur Erhaltung normaler Zähne als auch normaler Knochen beiträgt, finde ich deshalb ziemlich passend.

Mein Kühlschrank ist calciumärmer geworden als gedacht
Seit ich Kuhmilch kaum noch trinke und auch Joghurt nicht mehr täglich esse, wollte ich einmal genauer auf meine Calciumzufuhr achten. Dabei habe ich mich bewusst für Calciumcitrat als Einzelprodukt entschieden. Mir gefällt, dass hier nicht automatisch noch fünf andere Mineralstoffe mitkommen.

Schneller Versand. Würde wieder bestellen
Bestellt und kurz danach schon da, ohne Probleme. Bin zufrieden! Auch diesmal kam alles heil an.

Gehört inzwischen dazu – für Knochen und Muskeln :)
Neben Magnesium wollte ich auch Calcium regelmäßig abdecken. Gerade an aktiven Tagen fült sich diese Mineralstoffauswahl für mich sinnvoll an.

Beim Krafttraining habe ich Calcium jahrelang komplett ignoriert
Protein, Kreatin, Magnesium – darüber konnte ich sofort etwas erzählen. Calcium hatte ich dagegen nur mit Knochen verbunden. Dass es auch zu einer normalen Muskelfunktion beiträgt, hat das Mineral für mich plötzlich in einen ganz anderen Zusammenhang gerückt.
