Golden millet with vitamin B-5 and the amino acid L-cysteine
Millet is a gluten-free cereal. It is naturally rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, silicon and iron. Zinc, which is also included, helps maintain normal skin, hair and nails. Millet also contains almost all B vitamins with a particularly high proportion of vitamins B5 and B6.

What is L-Cysteine?
The naturally occurring L-cysteine is a proteinogenic amino acid. In adults, it can be formed in the liver from the amino acid L-methionine, which also contains sulphur. Since L-cysteine biosynthesis alone is often not sufficient, the body is dependent on an additional intake of L-cysteine from food to cover its daily needs.
L-cysteine is the main source of sulfur in our diet and is found in almost all proteins. For example, it is found in salmon, shrimp, turkey and chicken breast, soybeans, beef, cashews, wheat germ, corn and milk proteins.
