Biotin belongs to the family of B vitamins and is sometimes also known as vitamin B7. It is found in eggs, nuts and pulses, among other foods. In the body, biotin is a component of certain enzymes involved in processing carbohydrates, fats and amino acids.
Its role for skin and hair is particularly well known: biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and normal hair. In corresponding product combinations, complementary trace elements such as zinc or selenium can perform further tasks in the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Zinc is an essential trace element involved in numerous enzymatic reactions. Good natural sources are seafood, meat, pumpkin seeds and pulses. It plays a role in cell division and normal DNA and protein synthesis.
Its tasks in the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and the normal function of the immune system are particularly well known. Zinc also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. In food supplements, it is offered in different compounds such as citrate, picolinate or bisglycinate.

Ist bei mir fest eingeplant! Für Haare und Nägel
Bei Beauty-Produkten bin ich eher geduldig und ziehe eine Ergänzung länger durch. Das Vitamin ist inzwischen fest dabei.

Beim Haarewaschen habe ich irgendwann einen Unterschied bemerkt
Ich hatte eine Phase, in der mir meine Haare beim Waschen und Bürsten ständig negativ aufgefallen sind. Nach einiger Zeit mit der Kombination hatte ich persönlich den Eindruck, dass sich das Ganze wieder normaler anfühlt und ich weniger darauf achte.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Nach dem Entfernen meiner Gelnägel kam das Thema genau richtig
Meine Nägel sahen danach erstmal alles andere als schön aus und ich wollte ihnen einfach mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Dabei habe ich angefangen, nicht nur über äußere Pflege, sondern auch über meine Ernährung nachzudenken.

Verschluss gut gemacht, wirklich praktisch!
Die Handhabung der Dose ist angenehm, kleine Sache, aber hilfreich. Der Verschluss spart mir im Alltag etwas Gefummel.

Meine Nägel sehen endlich nicht mehr ständig mitgenommen aus
Bei mir splittern die Nägel besonders schnell, wenn ich viel putze oder ständig mit den Händen arbeite. Seit ich die Kombination nehme, habe ich persönlich das Gefühl, dass sie insgesamt gepflegter und weniger empfindlich aussehen
