Fairvital Borage Oil 500mg provides cold-pressed oil from the seeds of Borago officinalis in practical vegan LiCaps®. Borage seed oil is characterised by its natural fatty acid spectrum and in particular its content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Natural source of gamma-linolenic acid: The daily serving of two capsules provides 1000 mg of borage oil, of which 180 mg is gamma-linolenic acid and 328 mg is linoleic acid. The product thus provides the characteristic omega-6 fatty acids of borage seed oil in a clearly defined amount.
Oil from Borago officinalis: Borage is a long-known cultivated plant. For food supplementation, the oil obtained from the seeds is of particular interest because of its special fatty acid composition.
Gently cold-pressed: The borage seed oil used is obtained by cold pressing. You thus get the plant oil in a concentrated and practically portioned form, with no need to measure out liquid oil.
Vegan LiCaps®: The liquid oil filling is contained in a plant-based capsule shell. The LiCaps® thus allow straightforward and taste-neutral intake of the borage seed oil.
Fairvital quality: The capsules are vegan and free from gluten, lactose and fructose. The formula contains no magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide and is manufactured in Germany to high quality and hygiene standards.

Vegetable oils contain different fatty acid patterns that depend largely on the respective plant species. The proportions of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are not the same in all oils.
Fatty acids are divided, among other things, according to the position of their double bonds into the omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 families. Certain vegetable oils also provide fat-accompanying compounds such as tocopherols or phytosterols. Extraction by pressing or solvent extraction influences the composition of the end product.
Oils consist mainly of triglycerides, i.e. compounds of glycerol with various fatty acids. Depending on the plant, the proportions of linoleic acid, oleic acid or alpha-linolenic acid differ. Accompanying tocopherols and other fat-soluble substances may also be naturally present.

Deckel gefällt mir. Für jeden Tag :)
Der Verschluss ist simpel, geht in ein paar Sekunden. Mit dem Klappdeckel komme ich sehr gut klar. Für den täglichen Gebrauch finde ich das gut gelöst.

Meine Haut hat mich überhaupt erst auf Borretschöl gebracht
Gerade im Winter beschäftige ich mich deutlich mehr mit Ernährung und allem, was im Zusammenhang mit trockener Haut angeboten wird. Dabei bin ich irgendwann auf Borretschöl gestoßen. Besonders die enthaltene Gamma-Linolensäure hat mich neugierig gemacht.

Ich habe Borretschöl hauptsächlich für meine Haut- und Haarversorgung bestellt. Es passt gut zu meinen anderen Ergänzungen im Beauty-Bereich.

Gut bei Morbus Bechterew (Spondylarthritis)
Ich nehme seit Jahren Borretschöl. Zusammen mit einer vegetarischen Ernährung ohne Zucker und täglichem Training verhilft mir dieses Präparat zu einem fast beschwerdefreien Leben, trotz dieser schweren Krankheit. Ich habe immer arbeiten können. Wichtig: Borretschöl muss in maximaler Dosis eingenommen werden, die Wirkung tritt frühestens nach einem Monat auf.
