Fairvital vitamin E oil is the winner of the comparison.org

This liquid vitamin E has been combined with lemon oil and is immediately absorbed by the skin when used topically. When ingested, it replenishes the vitamin E stores.
The vegetable lemon oil used as a basis also ensures a pleasant smell and taste.

You can not only use this vitamin E oil externally, but also consume undiluted, stir into drinks or mix with your food to fill the body with vitamin E from the inside to supply.

Vitamin E as an antioxidant

In the human body, vitamin E is primarily involved in cell protection. As an antioxidant, vitamin E is able to protect tissue and cells from free radicals.
Free radicals are very reactive substances that can occur as intermediate products in the normal metabolism of every cell. If there is an excess, this is referred to as oxidative stress.

Foods with vitamin E

The best sources of vitamin E are vegetable oils such as olive oil, sunflower oil, wheat germ oil and corn oil. Nuts are also good sources of vitamin E. Walnuts and Brazil nuts should be mentioned here.
Fish such as mackerel, lobster and trout stand out as animal sources.

Klasse

Highly dosed trace element for the immune system, hair and nails Selenium is a trace element that is naturally present in many foods, is even added to some foods and is available as a dietary supplement. Selenium is essential for humans. It is a component of more than 20 selenoproteins, which play a crucial role in reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism, DNA synthesis and protection against oxidative damage. Forms of selenium Selenium exists in two forms: inorganic (selenate and selenite) and organic (selenomethionine and selenocysteine). Both forms are sources of selenium. Soils contain inorganic selenites and selenates, which are accumulated by plants and converted into organic forms such as selenocysteine and selenomethionine. Most selenium in human tissue is in the form of selenomethionine, where it can be unspecifically incorporated into body proteins with the amino acid methionine. The skeletal muscle is the main storage for selenium and accounts for about 28% to 46% of the total selenium pool. Food as selenium source Seafood and offal are the richest sources of selenium. Other sources are meat, cereals and dairy products. The selenium content in drinking water is not nutritionally significant in most geographical regions. The amount of selenium in plant foods depends on the amount of selenium in the soil and other factors such as the pH of the soil, the amount of organic matter in the soil and whether the selenium is present in a form suitable for plant uptake. As a result, selenium concentrations in plant foods vary widely depending on geographical location. Bioavailability of selenium Some studies have compared the relative absorption and bioavailability of different forms of selenium. In one study, 10 groups of participants randomly received a placebo or either 200 or 600 µg selenium per day as selenomethionine, sodium selenite or selenium yeast for 16 weeks. The bioavailability of selenium based on urine excretion was highest for selenomethionine and lowest for selenite. EFSA has confirmed the following effects of selenium in the human organism: contributes to normal spermatogenesis contributes to the maintenance of normal hair contributes to the maintenance of normal nails contributes to a normal function of the immune system contributes to a normal thyroid function contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress The selenium tablets by Fairvital are highly dosed with 200µg elementary content. In addition, they are vegetarian and vegan and do not contain magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide. The tablets are easy to swallow due to their small size. One pack of selenium contains 120 tablets and is therefore sufficient for 4 months.

Zinc for the immune system, skin and hair Many cell functions are influenced by zinc: it is a component of many enzymes, is involved in regulating the hormone balance, as well as in the synthesis of DNA or proteins and it influences the cellular and humoral Immune Response. Zinc is an essential trace element for most living beings and, next to iron, the most common one in the human body. There are higher concentrations of zinc in the red blood cells, in the eyes, in the skin and in the hair as well as in the prostate and in the liver. Function of zinc in metabolism Zinc is a cofactor of numerous enzyme systems and plays a role in vitamin A, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Zinc also fulfills important tasks in the metabolism of nucleic acids and proteins. Zinc may be important for the immune system, for the health of hair, skin and nails and for fertility in women and men. Food containing zinc in particular Zinc from animal products can be better utilized than from plant foods. A lot of zinc is in shrimp, peanuts, corn, egg yolks, Parmesan, Brazil nuts, lentils, sunflower seeds, beef, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, calf's liver, Edam, bran and cocoa. Meat, fish, whole grains and vegetables also contain zinc. Good bioavailability through organic zinc compound The dietary supplement zinc is available on the market in various dosage forms. In addition to zinc picolinate, there are other forms such as zinc citrate, zinc oxide or zinc gluconate. Zinc picolinate is a chemical compound of zinc with picolinic acid, which in chemistry belongs to the organic compounds. In this dietary supplement from Fairvital, the zinc has also been combined with the antioxidant vitamin C. Strong antioxidant Because its antioxidant properties are 6000 times stronger that vitamin C and 550 times stronger than vitamin E, astaxanthin is considered as the strongest known carotenoid of the entire plant world. highly dosed with 8mg per daily intake of 1 capsule antioxidant against free radicals derived from Haematococcus pluvialis strongest carotenoid of the entire plant world small capsules, easy to swallow gluten-free, lactose-free, fructose-free without magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide How does astaxanthin work? Early on, the fresh water alga Haematococcus pluvalis has aroused the researchers' interest. In 1797 the French scientist Girod-Chantrans investigated the approx. 0.1mm small green alga.In case of an exposure to strong sunlight or a state of nutrient deficiency, it forms a blood-red pigmentation, for which the astaxanthin is responsible. This protective function makes it possible for the alga to survive without food or water for more than 40 years. As soon as there is enough food and the weather conditions improve, the alga wakes up from its deep sleep and returns to its green active state. In biotopes such as ponds, small waterholes and even stoups, which are inhabited by the micro alga, a spectacular blood-red colour can occasionally be admired due to the alga's protective properties. Studies about astaxanthin The effect of astaxanthin on the skin appearance has been investigated in a study during which the test persons consumed 2 milligrams of astaxanthin daily. The skin was tested at three points in time to determine possible changes: at the beginning of the study, after two weeks and after four weeks. After only two weeks results could be documented. Improvements of the skin appearance could be observed in seven areas and after two more weeks dry skin showed a higher moisture content, less small lines, less pimples and a more regular fat content.Additionally, the test persons reported less swellings under the eyes and a higher elasticity of the skin. In the control group, which didn't consume astaxanthin, no effects could be documented. (Cosmetic  benefits  of  astaxanthin  on  humans  subjects*, Yamashita, E. 2002; Tominaga, K. 2012)
