Auricularia (Auricularia polytricha) – Auricularia gehört zu den gallertartigen Baumpilzen und wird in asiatischen Küchen geschätzt. Die dünnen Fruchtkörper nehmen beim Einweichen Wasser auf und verändern dadurch ihre Konsistenz.
