Standardised to 5 % withanolides: The root extract used is standardised to a clearly defined withanolide content. The daily serving thus provides a transparently stated amount of 50 mg of withanolides.
Practical capsule form: The daily serving consists of two capsules and is supplemented by 80 mg of L-leucine. The plant-based HPMC capsule shell is also suitable for a vegan diet.
Fairvital quality: Vegan and free from gluten, lactose, fructose, soya, nuts, yeast and gelatine. Made in Germany.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, is a member of the nightshade family and has been described in Ayurvedic herbal lore for centuries.
Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. Particular attention is paid to withanolides, a group of plant steroidal lactones. The concentration differs between the root, the leaf and the extracts obtained from them.
Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the family of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The best known include plant-based alpha-linolenic acid as well as EPA and DHA, which are found, for example, in oily sea fish.
The structure of cell membranes is particularly interesting, as their properties are influenced by the composition of different fatty acids. DHA is a component of membranes in nerve tissue and the retina, among other places. The EPA and DHA content can differ greatly between individual oils.

Mein Kalender hatte irgendwann keine weißen Stellen mehr
Arbeit, Geburtstage, Sport, Familie – eine Zeit lang war wirklich jeder freie Platz verplant. Genau in solchen Wochen habe ich angefangen, Ashwagandha gezielter zu verwenden. Nicht weil ich mir davon ein Wunder verspreche, sondern weil der Extrakt für mich einfach gut zu solchen belastenden Phasen passt.

Eigentlich bin ich entspannt – bis drei Dinge gleichzeitig passieren
An normalen Tagen bringt mich wenig aus der Ruhe. Wenn aber über Wochen ständig irgendetwas dazukommt, merke ich deutlich, dass meine Gelassenheit irgendwann nachlässt. Ashwagandha habe ich genau für solche Zeiten ausgesucht und nicht als Produkt, das ich gedankenlos das ganze Jahr nehme.

Habe dieses Produkt erworben weil ich nicht gut schlafen konnte. Mit Ashwagandha top. Ist definitiv ein Bestandteil meiner regelmäßigen NEMs

Nach dem Training körperlich fertig – innerlich noch auf Wettkampfmodus
Gerade nach intensiven Einheiten brauche ich manchmal erstaunlich lange, bis ich wieder komplett herunterfahre. Deshalb wollte ich Ashwagandha einmal ausprobieren. Mir gefällt der Gedanke, neben den üblichen Sport-Supplements auch eine Pflanze mit ganz anderem Schwerpunkt einzubauen.
