Das Geheimnis der Stars - Taylor Swift hat es empfohlen
Nachdem ich gehört habe das L-Theanin ein Grund ist warum Taylor Swift dauerhaft so gut performt, wollte ich es auch mal ausprobieren. Ich bin gespannt!

Vor Präsentationen brauche ich keinen zusätzlichen Push
Wenn eine wichtige Präsentation ansteht, bin ich ohnehin aufmerksam genug. Ich wollte deshalb kein Produkt, das noch mehr auf Aktivierung setzt. L-Theanin fand ich gerade für solche Tage spannend, an denen ich lieber einen klareren, weniger hektischen Kopf hätte.

Mein „zu viel Kaffee“-Thema
Bei zwei oder drei Tassen Kaffee merke ich irgendwann, dass „wach“ und „angenehm konzentriert“ nicht dasselbe sind. L-Theanin wollte ich deshalb ganz bewusst als einzelnen Baustein ausprobieren. Für mich deutlich interessanter als einfach noch mehr Koffein.
