Polyporus ingrediënten
De eekhoorn, zoals de medicinale paddenstoel Polyporus ook wel wordt genoemd, is rijk aan de mineralen calcium, kalium en ijzer en bevat de sporenelementen koper, mangaan en zink.
Andere ingrediënten zijn ergosterol (voorloper van provitamine D), belangrijke B-vitamines zoals biotine, niacine, foliumzuur en vitamine A. De medicinale paddenstoel bevat ook specifieke polysachariden en polypeptiden.
