B3 niacin: high-dose nicotinamide
The substances nicotinamide (also: niacinamide) and nicotinic acid are summarized under the term niacin. These two substances can be converted into one another by the human body.

Sie kann bei Nährstoffen gefühlt jedes Detail erklären und hat mich auf diesen Inhaltsstoff aufmerksam gemacht. Ich hatte Niacin vorher gar nicht mit Energiehaushalt und Müdigkeit zusammen gedacht.
