Fairvital Olea Active Complex combines a high-strength vitamin B complex with standardised plant extracts from olive leaf, grape seed, schisandra and pomegranate peel. Two capsules provide the B vitamins they contain at at least 200 % NRV each; vitamin B12 reaches 800 % NRV. With at least 200 % NRV per B vitamin and 800 % NRV of vitamin B12, the vitamin component is high-strength.
Standardised plant extracts: The olive leaf extract is standardised to 20 % oleuropein, the grape seed extract to 95 % OPC, the schisandra extract to 9 % schisandrin and the pomegranate extract to 40 % ellagic acid.
B vitamins sensibly added: Thiamine contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Clear daily serving: One capsule is taken in the morning and one at midday. With 90 capsules, the pack offers a 45-day supply at two capsules a day.

Olive tree (Olea europaea) – the olive tree has shaped the cultural landscapes of the Mediterranean region for thousands of years. In addition to its oil-rich fruits, its evergreen, silvery leaves are also used.
Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. Olive leaves contain characteristic polyphenols, including oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol compounds. The content differs depending on leaf age, location and extraction.
Folate is a water-soluble vitamin of the B group that the body needs for normal cell division and blood formation. The name comes from the Latin word for leaf, because green leafy vegetables are an important food source. Pulses and certain wholegrain products also contain folate.
A special feature is so-called one-carbon metabolism, in which folate compounds transfer small groups of molecules. These processes are important for producing DNA building blocks. Folate also contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy; methylfolate refers to a biologically active form of folate.
