Kaum ein anderes Produkt von Fairvital hat so viele positive Bewertungen erhalten wie Chrompicolinat. Dieses Produkt hilft mir sehr bei der Gewichtsreduktion. Habe seit der Einnahme von 2 mal täglich 200mcg Chrompicolinat viel weniger Hunger, der Heisshunger auf Süsses ist ganz verschwunden. Hatte schon erhöhte Blutzuckerwerte, diese sind wieder im Normalbereich und das innerhalb von wenigen Wochen. In Kombination mit Sport und ein bisschen weniger Essen habe ich tolle Ergebnisse erziehlt. Chromium is one of the trace elements and is obtained from a wide variety of foods. It is found, for example, in wholegrain products and certain vegetables. Its content can be influenced by processing and growing conditions.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are processed in metabolism via various interconnected pathways. Food supplements use different chromium compounds.

With minerals, a distinction must be made between the total amount of a compound and the elemental mineral it contains. Citrate, gluconate, picolinate or bisglycinate refer to different bound forms. The figures in the nutrient table help to assess the amount of mineral actually provided.
