Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound that the body can produce itself. In small amounts, it is also a component of various foods. Chemically, it is notable for its ring-shaped sulphur component.
In metabolism, lipoic acid is involved as a cofactor of certain enzyme complexes that process intermediate products of carbohydrate metabolism. Its reduced form is called dihydrolipoic acid. Both forms are being studied scientifically in connection with redox reactions.

Eine echte Alternative
Ich leide seit Jahren an einer Polyneuropathie und wurde mit hochdosiertem Pregabalin therapiert. Leider ohne Erfolg. Dann habe ich bei Rene Gräber über die Alpha Liponsäure<br>gelesen und sofort ausprobiert. <br>Meine Beschwerden mit den Krämpfen und unruhigen Beinen haben sich nach 3 Monaten der Einnahme von 600 mg<br>Alpha Liponsäure, morgens nüchtern, so gebessert, dass ich auf Pregabalin völlig verzichten konnte. Ich schwöre auf dieses herausragende Antioxidans.

Ich nehme seit kurzem Alpha-Li...
Ich nehme seit kurzem Alpha-Liponsäure zur Verstärkung der Wirkung von Q10 und der anderen Antioxidantien. Bisher ist es gut verträglich, aber um wirklich eine Änderung festzustellen muß man es wohl länger nehmen.

Ich nehme zwei Kapseln pro Tag...
Ich nehme zwei Kapseln pro Tag zur Verstärkung der Wirkung von Co-Enzym Q 10 und für die Leber. Das haben Wissenschaftler in den letzten Jahren entdeckt: Alpha-Liponsäure ist neben Mariendistelextrakt eines der besten Leberentgiftungsmittel.
