What are choline and inositol?
Since both substances can be produced by the body itself, choline and inositol are referred to as vitaminoids, i.e. vitamin-like substances. They only differ from vitamins in this property and, like these, they are indispensable for a healthy organism. Strictly speaking, choline and inositol are counted among the B vitamins and are therefore found in many B complexes.
Lecithin

Sehr zu empfehlen bezüglich Lebergesundheit.
Die Tabletten sind gut verträglich, auch in höherer Dosis als angegeben. Bei einer belasteten Leber durch Toxine, Alkohol oder Medikamente sehr zu empfehlen.
