Wenn die Beine schon brennen und der Trainer noch 20 Sekunden ruft
Genau diese letzten Sekunden bei Intervallen sind bei mir immer die härtesten. Deshalb bin ich überhaupt auf Beta-Alanin aufmerksam geworden. Ich nehme es vor allem in Trainingsphasen mit vielen Sprints und intensiven Belastungen.

Meine Crossfit-Einheiten haben mich darauf gebracht
Kurze Belastung, kaum Pause und direkt die nächste Runde – nach ein paar Minuten fühlt sich die Muskulatur komplett anders an. Genau diese Art von Training hat mein Interesse an Beta-Alanin geweckt. Ich wollte etwas ausprobieren, das thematisch wirklich zu hochintensiven Einheiten passt.
