Energy and the nervous system: Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin: The vitamin B12 it contains is present as methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is one of the natural coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 and is therefore an already biologically active form of the vitamin.
Practical under the tongue: B-12 rapid is designed as a sublingual tablet and is slowly dissolved under the tongue. It can therefore be taken without water – ideal for anyone looking for an alternative to capsules and classic tablets for swallowing.
More than just vitamin B12: The formula supplements methylcobalamin with folic acid, vitamin B6 and biotin as well as acerola, bioflavonoids, rutin and grape extract. Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid together contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Fairvital B-12 rapid gives you a versatile vitamin B12 combination with methylcobalamin in a practical sublingual form with a pleasant acerola cherry flavour.
Note: Due to statutory requirements, we as a manufacturer of food supplements are not permitted to make statements about the effects of individual nutrients. Vitamin B12 belongs to the water-soluble B vitamins and contains cobalt as its central element. It occurs naturally mainly in foods of animal origin. In the body, vitamin B12 is needed, among other things, for normal blood formation, cell division and the functioning of the nervous system.
The absorption of vitamin B12 is particularly complex: in the stomach it binds to a protein called intrinsic factor so that it can be absorbed in the lower small intestine. The forms of the vitamin used include methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin. They differ in their chemical side structure.
Vitamin B6 refers to several closely related water-soluble compounds. A natural diet provides them through fish, potatoes, wholegrain cereals and pulses, for example. The body needs vitamin B6 in particular for normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
A biologically important form is pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P). As a coenzyme, it is involved in reactions of amino acids and in the formation of certain neurotransmitters. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
In the Fairvital product B-12 rapid Methylcobalamin, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include red currant powder. The composition table states 6 mg of vitamin B6, 500 µg of vitamin B12 and 800 µg of folic acid per tablet. The pack contains 90 tablets.

Danke FAIRVITAL!
