Mein Kalender sagt manchmal mehr als mein Körper möchte
An ruhigen Tagen brauche ich so etwas ehrlich gesagt nicht. Ich greife eher darauf zurück, wenn Arbeit, Sport und private Termine gleichzeitig viel werden. Genau dafür gefällt mir der Gedanke hinter der Mischung: Pflanzenextrakte kombiniert mit Mikronährstoffen, die unter anderem zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit beitragen können.

wenn mal wie der zu viel ansteht!
Wenn der Kalender voll ist und ich lange konzentriert bleiben muss, gehört Adaptogene für mich dazu.

Zwischen Deadline und Feierabend liegt bei mir manchmal ein ganzer Marathon
Wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig fertig werden müssen, merke ich vor allem am Nachmittag, wie die Konzentration und Energie nachlassen. Die Kombination hier fand ich deshalb interessanter als ein Produkt, das nur auf einen einzelnen Pflanzenextrakt setzt.
