Focus on the active form of folate: 5-MTHF stands for 5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Fairvital uses calcium L-methylfolate, a stable and bioavailable compound described as an active form of folic acid.

Folate is a water-soluble vitamin of the B group that the body needs for normal cell division and blood formation. The name comes from the Latin word for leaf, because green leafy vegetables are an important food source. Pulses and certain wholegrain products also contain folate.
A special feature is so-called one-carbon metabolism, in which folate compounds transfer small groups of molecules. These processes are important for producing DNA building blocks. Folate also contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy; methylfolate refers to a biologically active form of folate.

Sinnvolle Ergänzung
Ich habe das 5-MTHF 1000 μg inzwischen fest in meine

Empfehlung aus dem Freundeskreis
Eine Freundin hat während ihrer Schwangerschaft sehr auf Folat geachtet und mich auf das Thema gebracht. Seitdem beschäftige ich mich bewusster damit und habe 5-MTHF für mich entdeckt.

Für mich stimmig – gehört bei mir inzwischen dazu
In stressigen Phasen wollte ich Folat gezielt ergänzen. Folsäure nehme ich morgens und ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich an langen Tagen weniger schnell schlapp mache.
