P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) with zinc
P-5-P is the metabolically active coenzyme form of vitamin B6. This means that it can be used directly by the organism. Active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) no longer has to be converted in the body, but can act directly in the metabolism in this form. Conventional vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) must first be converted into pyridoxal-5-phosphate in the body in order to be effective.

super Qualität
Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem Produkt gemacht. Ich leide u.a. unter HPU und anderen Multisystemerkrankungen. Es ist sehr hoch dosiert, deshalb sollte man evtl. "klein" anfangen, indem man die Kapsel öffnet. Ich habe multiple Unverträglichkeiten, vertrage die Kapseln aber super!
