Hilft bei Verstimmungen
Safran hilft mir sehr gut über schwierige Phasen hinweg. Es läuft gerade alles nicht so gut und schon frühmorgens, wenn ich wach werde, ist der Tag grau und trist. 2 Kapseln Safran geben wieder etwas Aufschwung.
