Developed for men aged 50+: The formula combines vitamins and minerals with additional plant substances, amino acids, carotenoids and other selected components in several functionally structured complexes.
Immune system, muscles and bones: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
Broad spectrum in two tablets: The daily serving combines vitamins A, C, D and E, B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium and iodine with antioxidant plant substances, amino acids and a joint complex, among other things.
Fairvital quality: The tablets are free from gluten, nuts and soya. The product is manufactured in Germany to high quality and hygiene standards. Fairvital Ultra Man 50 Plus gives men aged 50 and over a high-strength multi-nutrient formula with vitamins, minerals, plant extracts and amino acids. B vitamins and micronutrient complexes bring together nutrients with different tasks. Many B vitamins are building blocks of coenzymes and are involved in processing carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Typical food sources are wholegrain products, pulses, green vegetables and animal foods.
The interplay of different micronutrients is interesting: vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12, for example, are involved in interlinked metabolic processes. Minerals and trace elements, in turn, perform structural tasks or serve as components of enzymes. Which areas a specific complex covers depends on the substances it actually contains.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that, unlike many other mammals, humans cannot produce themselves. Natural sources include peppers, berries, cabbage and citrus fruits. For the body, it is important, for example, for the normal formation of collagen, a structural protein in skin, cartilage and blood vessels.
A special feature is its involvement in redox reactions: vitamin C can donate electrons and thus contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also increases the absorption of non-haem iron from plant foods. In buffered forms, ascorbic acid is present as a mineral salt, which changes its acidic properties.
In the Fairvital product Ultra Man 50 Plus, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include calcium carbonate. The composition table states 300 mg of vitamin C, 290 mg of calcium and 100 mg of magnesium per 2 tablets. The pack contains 60 tablets.

Große Tabletten
Die Tagesdosis sind 2 Tabletten am Tag auf die Mahlzeiten verteilt. Eine einzelne Tablette ich für mich zu groß, um sie zu schlucken. Ich muss sie zerkauen und sie schmeckt nicht wirklich. Eine Darreichungsform als Kapsel wäre mir lieber.
