Bereits mehrfach gekauft
Da ich sehr viel Sport treibe, benötigt mein Körper mehr Vitamine als der Durchschnitt. Niedrig dosierte Multivitamine haben mir in der Vergangenheit kaum weiter geholfen. Im Herbst und Winter habe ich mir immer zwei oder drei Erkältungen gefangen. Seit ich Super Multi nehme, ist Ruhe! Einfach wunderbar.

Sehr viele Vitalstoffe in einer Kapsel, so ist man wirklich gut versorgt. Leider sind die Kapseln etwas groß, deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug. Aber das geht wohl nicht anders, wenn so viel drin ist. Zwei Liter Wasser bekommt man auch nicht in 1/2-Liter-Flasche.
