Fairvital Super Multi brings together a wide selection of vitamins, minerals and trace elements with selected plant, algae and natural substance components. Several micronutrients are well above 100 % NRV, including vitamin B12 at 2000 % NRV, vitamin B1 at 909 % NRV, vitamin B2 at 714 % NRV and vitamin E at 217 % NRV. The multi-nutrient formula is thus high-strength.
Focus on broad basic supply: It contains, among other things, vitamins A, C, D and E, an extensive B vitamin complex and zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium, chromium and molybdenum. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, while several B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
With plants, algae and natural substances: The micronutrient formula is supplemented by guarana, spirulina, chlorella, alfalfa, royal jelly, panax ginseng and echinacea. The royal jelly extract is standardised to 4 % 10-HDA and the ginseng extract to 15 % ginsenosides.
Flexible intake: Depending on your personal routine, one to two capsules are taken a day, spread over meals. With 120 capsules, the pack thus offers a supply of 60 to 120 days.

B vitamins and micronutrient complexes bring together nutrients with different tasks. Many B vitamins are building blocks of coenzymes and are involved in processing carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Typical food sources are wholegrain products, pulses, green vegetables and animal foods.
The interplay of different micronutrients is interesting: vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12, for example, are involved in interlinked metabolic processes. Minerals and trace elements, in turn, perform structural tasks or serve as components of enzymes. Which areas a specific complex covers depends on the substances it actually contains.
Caffeine-containing plants – Caffeine belongs to the group of purine alkaloids and occurs naturally in coffee, tea, guarana and other plants. In the plants, it also performs functions in their natural metabolism.
Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. In the human nervous system, caffeine can temporarily bind to adenosine receptors. It is broken down mainly in the liver, and the rate can differ considerably between individuals.
In the Fairvital product Super Multi, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include calcium carbonate. The composition table states 59 mg of guarana seed extract 4:1, 41 mg of vitamin C and 26 mg of vitamin E per capsule. The pack contains 120 capsules.

Bereits mehrfach gekauft
Da ich sehr viel Sport treibe, benötigt mein Körper mehr Vitamine als der Durchschnitt. Niedrig dosierte Multivitamine haben mir in der Vergangenheit kaum weiter geholfen. Im Herbst und Winter habe ich mir immer zwei oder drei Erkältungen gefangen. Seit ich Super Multi nehme, ist Ruhe! Einfach wunderbar.

Prima Multi
Sehr viele Vitalstoffe in einer Kapsel, so ist man wirklich gut versorgt. Leider sind die Kapseln etwas groß, deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug. Aber das geht wohl nicht anders, wenn so viel drin ist. Zwei Liter Wasser bekommt man auch nicht in 1/2-Liter-Flasche.
