Selenium is one of the essential trace elements and is incorporated into certain selenoproteins in the body. The selenium content of plant foods also depends on the respective soil. Fish, meat and some nuts can contribute to the supply.
Selenium-dependent enzymes play an important role, contributing to the regulation of oxidation processes and the metabolism of thyroid hormones. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function, to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Zinc is an essential trace element involved in numerous enzymatic reactions. Good natural sources are seafood, meat, pumpkin seeds and pulses. It plays a role in cell division and normal DNA and protein synthesis.
Its tasks in the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and the normal function of the immune system are particularly well known. Zinc also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. In food supplements, it is offered in different compounds such as citrate, picolinate or bisglycinate.

Schnelle Wirkung!
Die Wirksamkeit zeigt sich schon nach ein paar Wochen. Der Harndrang lässt sehr nach und so reduzieren sich auch die Toilettengänge.
