High-dose perilla oil
This dietary supplement provides you with 1500mg perilla oil per daily serving of 3 capsules. It contains 135 mg oleic acid (omega-9), 162 mg linoleic acid (omega-6) and 810 mg alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). The perilla oil is well protected in LiCaps.

Omega-3 source perilla oil
With a proportion of around 60 percent, alpha-linolenic acid, which is one of the omega-3 fatty acids, is predominant. It even surpasses linseed oil, which at around 50 percent is usually referred to as the oil richest in alpha-linolenic acid.
It also contains linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9), each with around 15%.
Omega-3 fatty acids from plant sources have a decisive advantage. The vegetable fatty acids oxidize less quickly than fatty acids from fish oil.
