Focus on OPC: OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins and is one of the polyphenols. The grape seed extract used is standardised to 95 % OPC and thus provides a clearly defined amount of 600 mg of OPC per capsule.
With natural vitamin C from acerola: The acerola powder is standardised to 25 % vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Polyphenols and natural plant pigments form a diverse group of substances. They occur in berries, grapes, vegetables and certain herbs, among other foods. Their composition depends on the plant species, ripeness and processing.
Many of these substances are secondary plant substances, i.e. not classic vitamins or minerals. Flavonoids such as quercetin and rutin have different basic chemical structures from carotenoids such as lycopene or astaxanthin. Their properties therefore cannot simply be equated.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that, unlike many other mammals, humans cannot produce themselves. Natural sources include peppers, berries, cabbage and citrus fruits. For the body, it is important, for example, for the normal formation of collagen, a structural protein in skin, cartilage and blood vessels.
A special feature is its involvement in redox reactions: vitamin C can donate electrons and thus contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also increases the absorption of non-haem iron from plant foods. In buffered forms, ascorbic acid is present as a mineral salt, which changes its acidic properties.

Schon nach drei Tagen merke ich dass es wirkt! Ich habe mehr Ausdauer beim Krafttraining und bin viel wacher und konzentrierter im Alltag.<br>Soweit ich informiert bin, sorgt OPC auch dafür, dass die Nährstoffe im Blut optimal transportiert werden und es keine Ablagerungen in den Blutgefäßen gibt.<br>Werde es weiterhin bestellen!<br>
