B vitamins from yeast extract: The base is Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the form of an inactivated yeast extract. Two capsules provide, among other things, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6, B2 and B1, folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12.
For energy, skin and hair: Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Vitamin B12 contributes, among other things, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system.
High NRV coverage: The daily serving provides, for example, 471 % NRV vitamin B6, 450 % NRV folic acid, 400 % NRV biotin and 440 % NRV vitamin B12.
Fairvital quality: The capsules are vegan and free from gluten, lactose, fructose, soy and nuts. The product is manufactured in Germany to high quality and hygiene standards. B vitamins and micronutrient complexes bring together nutrients with different tasks. Many B vitamins are building blocks of coenzymes and are involved in processing carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Typical food sources are wholegrain products, pulses, green vegetables and animal foods.
The interplay of different micronutrients is interesting: vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12, for example, are involved in interlinked metabolic processes. Minerals and trace elements, in turn, perform structural tasks or serve as components of enzymes. Which areas a specific complex covers depends on the substances it actually contains.
Vitamin B3 is also known as niacin and comprises different related forms of the vitamin. It is found in meat, fish, peanuts and mushrooms, among other foods. The body can also produce small amounts of niacin from the amino acid tryptophan.
Particularly important are the coenzymes NAD and NADP, in which niacin occurs as a building block. They transfer electrons in numerous metabolic reactions and are therefore closely linked to energy production. Niacin also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

According to the list of ingredients, these include yeast extract (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, contains 8 % B vitamins). Beim Vergleich zweier Produkte entschieden
Ich hatte zwei Varianten nebeneinander offen und habe diesmal wirklich auf die Zusammensetzung statt nur auf den Preis geschaut. Ich wollte ganz bewusst B-Komplex und nicht den nächsten riesigen Rundum-Mix.

Meine Notizen-App war voller Fragezeichen
Ich hatte mir B-Komplex schon mehrfach notiert und wollte endlich genauer verstehen, warum er in so vielen Konzepten auftaucht. Für mich war der klare Fokus auf diesen Nährstoff beim Vergleich ein starkes Argument. Mir gefällt, dass B-Komplex hier klar im Mittelpunkt steht.
