Manganese: essential trace element
Manganese is a mineral that belongs to the trace elements. The occurrence of manganese in plants was first investigated in 1788. It has only been known since 1958 that the trace element is also important for the human body.

top Produkt
Ich vertrage das Produkt super, obwohl ich multiple Unverträglichkeiten habe. Ich leide u.a. auch an HPU und da gehört Mangan zur Basistherapie. Da ich schon länger Therapiere, vertrage ich auch die hochdosierten Produkte (u.a. P5P).

Bindegewebe war der Punkt, der mich neugierig gemacht hat
Mit Sport verbinde ich normalerweise zuerst Muskeln und Elektrolyte. Interessant fand ich deshalb, dass Mangan zu einer normalen Bindegewebsbildung beiträgt. Für mich ist das ein eher unbekannter, aber nachvollziehbarer Grund, mich mit dem Spurenelement zu beschäftigen.

Knochen und Energie in einem Spurenelement
Bei Mangan finde ich interessant, dass es gleich in unterschiedliche Richtungen geht. Es trägt sowohl zur Erhaltung normaler Knochen als auch zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel bei.

Mein Blick hat sich von Muskeln auf den ganzen Bewegungsapparat erweitert
Beim Sport ging es mir lange fast nur um Leistung und Muskelaufbau. Inzwischen interessieren mich auch Knochen und Bindegewebe deutlich mehr. Mangan passt deshalb heute viel eher zu meinen Themen als noch vor ein paar Jahren.

Handliche Dose, so mag ich die Dose!
Die Entnahme geht mit dem Deckel schnell, morgens echt angenehm. Für mich ein Pluspunkt. Für den täglichen Gebrauch finde ich das gut gelöst.
