Magnesium Malate Powder -500gr
The magnesium malate powder from Fairvital is a highly soluble and convenient form of magnesium supplementation. In this product, magnesium is bound to malic acid (malate) – an organic compound that occurs naturally in the human metabolism. The combination of magnesium and malate results in a high-quality food supplement that is particularly suitable for people who want to individually adjust their magnesium intake.
Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in numerous bodily functions. Among other things, it plays a role in the normal functioning of muscles and nerves, as well as in energy metabolism. The malic acid it contains is an intermediate product of the citric acid cycle, an important biochemical process for energy production in cells.
The fine powder is neutral in taste and can simply be stirred into water or other drinks. It is free from additives and is an excellent supplement as part of a balanced diet.
What is magnesium malate?
Magnesium malate is a compound of the mineral magnesium and the organic acid malic acid. This form of magnesium is well absorbed by the body and is particularly popular with people who are looking for a stomach-friendly and bioavailable source of magnesium.
Malate is a natural component of many types of fruit, especially apples, and plays an important role in the body's energy metabolism. The combination with magnesium makes magnesium malate a valuable supplement for anyone who wants to flexibly organise their daily magnesium intake.
Magnesium contributes to:
• electrolyte balance.
• normal energy-yielding metabolism.
• normal functioning of the nervous system.
• normal muscle function.
• normal protein synthesis.
• normal psychological function.
• the maintenance of normal bones.
• the maintenance of normal teeth.
