Ich bleibe erstmal dabei, bei meinen Ergänzungen für Haut und Haare
Bei Beauty-Produkten bin ich eher geduldig und ziehe eine Handhabung länger durch. Haar Vital ist inzwischen fest dabei.

Meine Beauty-Routine ist inzwischen halb Badezimmer, halb Küche
Früher dachte ich bei Haarpflege nur an Shampoo, Conditioner und Hitzeschutz. Heute beschäftige ich mich genauso mit Ernährung, Aminosäuren und einzelnen Mikronährstoffen. Haar Vital Plus passt für mich genau in diese Richtung, weil es wesentlich breiter zusammengesetzt ist als ein simples Biotinprodukt.

Nicht einfach nur Biotin hochdosiert und fertig
Genau das gefällt mir hier. Neben Biotin und Zink sind auch Bierhefe, Pflanzenextrakte, Aminosäuren und weitere Vitamine enthalten. Ich wollte bewusst ein breiter aufgestelltes Produkt und keine einzelne Biotin-Tablette.

Beim Bürsten denke ich inzwischen weniger über meine Haare nach
Ich hatte eine Phase, in der mir beim Waschen und Bürsten jedes einzelne Haar aufgefallen ist. Seit ich mich konsequenter um meine Nährstoffversorgung kümmere, habe ich persönlich das Gefühl, dass das Thema für mich wieder deutlich entspannter geworden ist. Biotin und Zink passen für mich hier besonders gut, weil beide für den Erhalt normaler Haare wichtig sind.
